Immutable result from a Sequence Queue command.

Properties

SequenceChange.Applied	Whether the command was admitted.
SequenceChange.ItemId	Requested or newly active object ID.
SequenceChange.ActiveId	Active object ID after the command.
SequenceChange.Position	Started-item index since reset; -1 before starting.
SequenceChange.QueuedCount	Active plus pending occurrences.
SequenceChange.Reason	Refusal reason, or empty on success.
